Milly Elkin Crenshaw

Milly has been dancing since she was a little girl. Growing up in the ballroom biz, dancing is like air to her. She couldn’t live without it. She competed and performed as an amateur in Pro/Am competitions all through grade and then turned professional. She has been teaching the art of dance for 8 years and enjoys seeing the light that begins to shine out of everyone who walks onto a dance floor.

Mechelle Flowers

Owner & Chief Inspiration Officer

Mechelle Flowers brings both a love for dance and a desire to bring the joy of dance to others. She began ballroom dancing in the mid 90’s and has been socially dancing ever since. An entrepreneur for most of her life, Mechelle developed a national training software business which was acquired and merged into a much larger conglomeration allowing her to find her way back to one of her true passions in life.

Tom Gonter

Tom Gonter is an Atlanta native and has been married to his wife Sherri for 32 years.  That’s in a row folks. He attended Christ The King School, Marist and Southern Tech.  Tom spent 25 years in the print publishing and digital marketing industry.  Of that 25 years, 11 were spent in Huntington Beach, California where Tom and Sherri had their two sons who are now grown and living in Cobb County.  Tom’s passion for MUST began 6 years ago when he first volunteered for the Gobble Jog.  He now serves as a Development Officer and is also active with the KBA and the ECBA.

Bill Ivey

In 1995, my associate pastor told me MUST needed some help with their communications – specifically a “short” video for fundraising.

Ever since meeting the staff, I’ve enjoyed serving in the shelter, preparing meals for the Loaves & Fishes Dining Room, washing guests’ clothes and serving on the board for two terms, and I’m still helping with fundraising. MUST has become a part of who I am.  I’m a member at St. Catherine’s Episcopal Church where we’ve been involved with MUST for over 35 years.

Kristyn Johnson

Kristyn has worked in the non-profit sector for over 30 years.  She retired last year from Habitat North Central Georgia where she had worked for ten years as their Grants and Events Manager.  Kristyn started volunteering in January with MUST and has served on the Gala and MUST Dance committees and also volunteers weekly at the Canton Service Center.

Judy McCall

Judy lives in Marietta and is retired from a 35-year career at IBM where she worked in Marketing and Communications managing National Education events and creating demand generation campaigns for a variety of industries.  In her retirement, Judy hopes to devote her free time to working more with MUST Ministries and Piedmont Church, spoiling her two Maltese and traveling the globe.

Frankie Pahner

Frankie Pahner is an administrative assistant to the global trading desk at Invesco, an American independent investment company. Prior to Invesco, Frankie was a multifaceted generalist   at Origin Management, Terra Partners, and Centennial Holdings Company. She graduated from The University of Georgia with a degree in Telecommunications, and minor in film studies in 2012.

In her free time, Frankie enjoys ballroom dancing at the Fred Astaire Dance Studio in Marietta, playing with her spoiled rotten pug, Barrie, and binge watching Netflix originals.
